At Savoir Beds, we are committed to providing the ultimate sleep experience; if your handcrafted accessory or bedding does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items. Please note that bespoke, made-to-order mattresses and bed sets are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive a shipping label for your eligible accessories.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, pristine condition and placed within the original Savoir packaging to ensure safe transit back to our workshop.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop off your package at an authorized shipping location using the provided documentation.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items to confirm their condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
